Superintendent - Building Operations
Ideal candidates will have experience providing concrete structure services in both the public and private sector. Knowledge and experience with reinforcing steel, conventional formwork, gang form systems and elevated decking and shoring is essential. Candidates must possess a minimum 10 years experience with a proven track record of profitability at the project superintendent level. Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to effectively supervise large groups and manage subcontractors is essential. Computer experience is required. Project values range from $1 mil. to $5 mil. Responsibilities will typically be within a 60-mile radius of the central Illinois area. Relocation is required.
Successful candidate will possess excellent organization, communication & supervisory skills, and will be highly self-sufficient in managing multiple projects effectively, including scheduling, coordinating and supervising craft employee activities.
