Sholty Quarry

The Sholty quarry, operated by Stark Materials, is located next to the Becker Quarry on Stringtown Road southwest of Bloomington, IL.  Click here for a map of the area.

The raw material is extracted by crane and then fed into a multi-staged wash plant that washes and separates the deposit.  The material is sold to Stark Excavating and a variety of other contractors and customers in central Illinois.
