All of the material extracted at the various sand and gravel pits operated by Stark Materials is subject to quality testing to assure the accuracy of the gradation process inherent in each of our screening plants. These tests enable Stark Materials to sell it's products as certified materials under the guidelines established by the Illinois Department of Transportation.
